Bio-Identical Hormones
Bioidentical hormones are hormones that are chemically identical to the hormones produced by the human body. They can be derived from plants and are used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to treat a variety of conditions.
Consultation
Through a personalized approach, Jennifer will perform a physical assessment, review your symptoms and lab work, and create a customized plan to support your optimal hormonal health. Labs are performed in house so you can have everything done in one place.
Cost
The Initial Consultation and Lab Work is $300
After your initial consultation, follow up appointments without labs is $150, with labs is $199
